Who needs to have an ordinary day when you can have a super awesome day with the Cat in the Hat?! Sally and her brother are delighted to have their friend come over, but, unfortunately, Fish isn't so happy. Maybe the Cat can get Fish to join in if he adds a little more splash to their party. After all, there is no such thing as too much fun - right?
